چکیده
This research is focused on manufacturing and characterization of hybrid composite laminates obtained different stacking sequences basalt flax fabrics with silane treatments embedded in a partially bio-sourced epoxy resin as matrix. They were manufactured by the vacuum-assisted infusion molding mechanical properties tested tensile, flexural impact conditions. The effect coupling agent fiber/matrix interface was studied FESEM. temperature evaluated DMTA TMA. FESEM images revealed improved interactions treatment, having more satisfactory fibers than because its silica-based structure, leading to properties. It worthy note that sequence has no remarkable influence elongation at break. On contrary, offered great both elastic modulus tensile strength.

INTRAPLY HYBRID COMPOSITES BASED ON BASALT AND NYLON WOVEN FABRICS: TENSILE AND COMPRESSIVE PROPERTIES
In this study, the tensile and compressive behaviors of pure and hybrid composite laminates reinforced by basalt–nylon bi-woven intra-ply fabrics were experimentally investigated. Epoxy resin was used as the matrix material. The purpose of using this hybrid composite is to obtain superior characteristics by using the good strength property of basalt fiber with the excellent toughness of ny...
متن کاملa comparison of teachers and supervisors, with respect to teacher efficacy and reflection
supervisors play an undeniable role in training teachers, before starting their professional experience by preparing them, at the initial years of their teaching by checking their work within the proper framework, and later on during their teaching by assessing their progress. but surprisingly, exploring their attributes, professional demands, and qualifications has remained a neglected theme i...

The creep behavior of basalt fiber reinforced epoxy (BFRE) and glass fiber reinforced epoxy (GFRE) composites was studied through tensile testing at high temperature. To study the effect of reinforcing epoxy, the micro glass powder (MGP) was added at various volume percentage into the epoxy resin in BFRE composites. The initial strain for all the specimens were evaluated and compared with each ...
متن کاملInvestigation of Mode I Delamination Resistance in Inter-ply and Intra-ply Hybrid Composites Reinforced with Basalt/Nylon Woven Fabrics
Due to their sensitivity to impact-induced delamination, woven fabric reinforced polymer composites have limited practical applications. Hybridization of polymer composites has been proposed as a solution to this problem. In this study, the effects of fiber reinforcement type, hybridization method, plies stacking sequence and loading rate on mode I delamination behavior of pure basalt, pure nyl...
